Another Poem About Death

What happens in Death?

Men cry.

Our enemies rejoice.

Christians empathize with Jesus.

For in life He knew our pain.

Through death, we will know His.

Memories of us shade like clouds.

Our possessions are divided,

They become a barrier to love.

Regret rises and hearts soften.

In death, we find immorality

Our names will be on the list.

Or our jaws will clinch like a fist.

All of these things will happen and so much more.

Will you adore or will you abhor?

The life you live, will be your final score.

A wise person thinks a lot about death, while a fool thinks only about having a good time.
