Love At Its Zenith

She is my glasses, she help me to see the world better

So I carry the heat from the sun and lather her delicate skin with it

She is the nutrient in my food, she adds to my vitality, strength, and focus

So I purify the very air that she breathes through my creation of photosynthesis

She is the melanin in my darkness, she gives me purpose and identity

So I pray to the living God, that the mercy and grace He shows me… He triples that with her

She is my posthumous award, not even death could slow my zeal for her

So I drown her with so much love, she’s disgusted with it

She is my rest, when I’m lethargically fatigued

So I rest in her caress, as I lay upon her breast

And she lay upon me

And together we bask beneath Love for eternity

But eyes are blind. You have to look with the heart.
