Do Poems Explain Anything?

My words can’t express what I have for you in my heart

I could say I love you

But, that won’t even be the start

I could write of how you inspire me

Or how your love has fed my soul

Or how your voice warms me in the cold

A love like yours

Makes me forget to grow old

How can I die when your love floods into my heart

As I rise upon these waters

I become the dam

Between the end and the start

And I stand strong like a Soulja

You know I walk and I talk that way

In English I can only say

Eternally yours

If a million loved you, I am one of them, and if one loved you, it was me. If no one loved you then know that I am dead.
