Someone Speak Up

Shall the pottery say to the Potter, anything?

Should the pottery ask a question?

Should the pottery voice a concern?

Does it have a right to express what it yearns?

I am what I am

Because of Him

The Earth is the Lord’s and everything in it

The world and all who live in it

Grant grace Thy grace to Thy servant so I may live in it

Grant grace Thy grace to Thy servant so that I don’t sin in it

Grant mercy Thy mercy to Thy servant cuz I sin in it

Just learning theses truths

Thought I was mature

Tried crossing the street by myself

But there’s more than two ways to look

Better to keep my eyes closed and hold His hand

Remember that you are nothing, that you know nothing, that you can do nothing, that you have nothing but your own misery and imperfection, and that you deserve nothing but eternal damnation.
